My role in this partnership is to guide, motivate, support and stretch – I’ll listen attentively, question strategically and challenge judiciously. Your role is to imagine, uncover and explore; as we create new perspectives and release new possibilities through the unfolding process of change.
Together, we’ll foster a safe, reflective space for you to feel both heard and understood; to feel both empathised with and encouraged. We’ll work collaboratively through a creative process to identify, explore and untangle dilemmas.
